What we collect and why.

The enquiry form

When you send an enquiry we receive what you typed: your name, email, phone if you gave it, your business and what you need. It arrives as an email in our inbox so we can reply. We use it only to answer you and work with you.

Stella: chat, voice and phone

Stella is an AI assistant. When you talk to her, message her or call her number, the conversation is recorded and stored, and a summary is sent to our team. If she books an intro, the booking goes in our calendar. On this website you are told this before every chat or voice conversation, and you can say no.

Who helps us handle it

We use a few service providers to run this. They handle your information for us, to provide their service:

• ElevenLabs runs Stella's voice and chat.
• Twilio carries calls to Stella's phone number.
• Resend delivers enquiry-form emails, and Google hosts our email.
• Airtable holds our record of Stella's calls.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and counts visits without cookies.

We don't sell your information, and this website sets no advertising cookies.
