How do AI tools decide which local businesses to mention?
Mostly from business listings and reviews, not only from your website. Google's AI answers lean on Google Business Profiles, ChatGPT and Perplexity on Yelp, and Copilot on Bing, so correct, matching facts in those places matter most.

Questions
Why don't AI tools mention my business?
There's no single reason, but possible gaps include an incomplete Google Business Profile, a missing Yelp listing, few reviews, or a phone number that differs from place to place. We check each one.
Do reviews matter?
They appear to. In a study of local businesses, the ones ChatGPT and Perplexity recommended had far more Google reviews than the ones they didn't. We help you ask your customers, and we never write, buy or filter reviews.
Does an llms.txt file help?
Not much, as far as anyone can measure today. We add one because it's quick, but we don't sell it as a fix.
Why does the answer change every time I ask?
AI answers vary from one run to the next, even for the same question. That's why we ask several times and report how often you appear, not one screenshot.
Can you guarantee we show up?
